• Submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers or any connected systems
• Interfere with the website, including by introducing viruses or other harmful code
• Use automated tools to copy or collect content from the website without our written permission

Visiting Neon Spur

Neon Spur is walk-in; we don't take table reservations. Hours, specials and prices on this website can change; what's posted at the bar applies on the night.

Quick Draw

Quick Draw is a free timing game on this website, purely for fun. No purchase is necessary to play or to win, and buying anything does not improve your chances. Its cowboy is a fictional, AI-generated character and the gunplay is make-believe: we do not condone violence or the use of guns, and firearms are not allowed at Neon Spur. To save a time, you give your mobile number and sign up for Neon Spur texts (see the text messaging terms below). Prizes, who can win and how to claim are set out in the official rules on the Quick Draw page, and those rules control. We may remove scores, and disqualify players, when a score looks automated or a player breaks the rules.

Private events and online booking

Sending an inquiry or a booking request does not guarantee a date, a space or a price. An event is confirmed only when we confirm it and you sign the event agreement, and that agreement controls if it differs from anything on this website. Deposits, payments and cancellation terms are shown when you book and in your agreement. When you sign an event agreement online by typing your name, that is your electronic signature and is as binding as a handwritten one.

Online ordering

Online orders are placed through Toast and are subject to the terms and prices shown when you order.

Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests 21 years of age or older with valid identification. We reserve the right to refuse service in accordance with the law.

Food, allergies and menu information

Please tell your server about any food allergy before you order. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is free of them. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Menus, prices, hours, events and performers shown on this website may change without notice.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Neon Spur and Clive Management LLC (dba Clive Collective) text guests who opt in on our website or booking page, or who text us first. Messages are about your reservation or event: replies to your questions, booking details, deposit reminders and event updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you'll receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (623) 469-7847 or info@weareclive.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy.

When you save a Quick Draw time, you agree to receive recurring marketing texts from Neon Spur about deals, events and Quick Draw at the mobile number you give, which may be sent with automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, photos, graphics, logos, names and design, are owned by Clive Management LLC or its affiliates or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
